Ducted terminal HEPA diffuser is an ideal equipment for pharmaceutical, hospital, laboratory, LED, micron electronics, food processing industries cleanroom ventilation system. The HEPA filters can be disposable for replaceable.

 

Disposable HEPA diffuser is super slim design thickness 150mm, it can be installed in limited ceiling grid system, very easily to be installed.

 

The replaceable HEPA diffuser is coated cold roll steel housing, fluid seal glass fiber media. The most wonderful design is the HEPA filter can be replaced in the roomside. And the air flow rate can be adjusted from the roomside by butterfly damper.

 

There are four holders in the housing can hold the HEPA filter so it won`t drop. The perforated panel for air outlet make the airflow evenly.

 

PAO and DOP generator & tester inside the housing, test if there are leakage of the HEPA, and if the HEPA filter with housing is air tight.

 

To ensure there is not air leakages when using the diffuser. The frame is welded and sealed by glue. Fluid seal can make sure the air tight between HEPA filter with housing.
